Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Care Delivery for Core Networks across all markets.
- Implement an efficient care delivery model to enhance efficiency and serviceability.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with R&D, PLM, MS Care leads & DDL org to drive product care delivery.
- Manage care financial metrics, and budgets to achieve domain financial targets.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives for serviceability, tools, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure SLA fulfillment, manage escalations, and oversee critical incident responses for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular executive updates on progress and resolution of critical issues to senior management.
- Foster talent development and cross-competency within the organization to support future technologies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Require a bachelor's or master's degree or related field with 10+ years of experience in care delivery within the CORE Domain.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills with a results-oriented approach abd proven track record in driving financial results in core network projects.
- Deep knowledge of CORE Domain technologies and Nokia portfolio
