Responsibilities
Lead Product Quality & CSO Ownership
Oversee containment, root-cause analysis, and development of sustainable corrective actions.
Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and partner teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Foster collaborative operating rhythms that support accountability while encouraging shared problem-solving.
Lead complex product investigations using your MR system knowledge to analyze field performance and identify technical issues.
Work closely with engineering, service, manufacturing, and product design teams to develop effective solutions.
Identify systemic issues and emerging trends, transforming field learnings into actionable design or process improvements.
Contribute insights that influence product enhancements and help ensure strong product performance in the field.
Develop and enhance lifecycle engineering processes that support efficient CSO management, strong documentation practices, and effective cross-functional communication.
Support and mentor junior engineers by sharing best practices in troubleshooting, investigation rigor, and lifecycle engineering methods.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Biomedical Engineering—or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of engineering experience working with complex system environments.
Demonstrated MR system knowledge, including troubleshooting and subsystem-level understanding.
5+ years of hands-on experience with GE MR products, diagnostics, or service workflows.
