About the role

  • Quality Manager focusing on KPI reporting and process performance management at Nokia. Driving quality excellence through scorecard preparation, reporting, and compliance management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of CNS Quality scorecards and KPI dashboards aligned with CNS quality objectives and P&E operational excellence goals
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of quality metrics across the Business Units.
  • Translate complex quality metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Prepare high-quality executive reports for CNS leadership team based on performance data
  • Support Quality Improvement communication
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end TL9000 measurement processes for CNS scope including UTD submissions, TL9000 advisories, resubmissions, and root cause analysis when required
  • Support CNS Certifications & audits including Nokia HQ Audit preparation
  • Ensure compliance with TL9000 Quality Management System requirements across CNS domains
  • Leverage Power Platform capabilities to automate CNS quality reporting processes
  • Maintain and enhance existing visualization tools for CNS P&E Quality scorecards
  • Ensure data governance standards are met across all CNS quality platforms

Requirements

  • 10 -15 years of experience in quality management of SW product development , KPI reporting, or performance analytics
  • Proven experience with TL9000 standards and measurement procedures in telecommunications environment
  • Strong background in data analysis and business intelligence, preferably in Quality Assurance/ Operational Excellence domains
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI - dashboard creation, data modelling, DAX functions
  • Power Platform expertise - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools
  • Familiarity with Nokia quality management systems and processes
  • Knowledge of CNS domains
  • TL9000 certification or equivalent quality management credentials
  • Certified/Trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Understanding of Quality Process Performance Analysis, Capability Baselining
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data
