About the role

  • Improvement Program Manager leading global strategic initiatives within Services & Care at Nokia. Focused on operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze critical business challenges and design innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Facilitate ideation workshops and translate concepts into structured improvement programs.
  • Draft comprehensive program charters outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Establish governance frameworks and secure stakeholder buy-in for execution.
  • Drive initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes align with strategic goals.
  • Manage multi-stream projects across diverse units (within S&C in collaboration with other CNS units).
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
  • Promote best practices and foster a culture of innovation within Delivery Excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **program management** and **innovation-driven initiatives** within telecom or technology services.
  • Strong ability to **translate problems into actionable solutions** and manage ideation-to-execution cycles.
  • Expertise in multi-stream program coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with **process improvement methodologies** (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Strategic thinking with a strong innovation mindset.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
