Promote best practices and foster a culture of innovation within Delivery Excellence.
Requirements
Proven experience in **program management** and **innovation-driven initiatives** within telecom or technology services.
Strong ability to **translate problems into actionable solutions** and manage ideation-to-execution cycles.
Expertise in multi-stream program coordination and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with **process improvement methodologies** (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
Strategic thinking with a strong innovation mindset.
