Responsibilities
Track time sheets against customer service codes
Process monthly customer billing
Provide general ledger reconciliation
Prepare analytical reports
Maintain contracts, modifications, and associated charge codes
Maintain central repository
Maintain and edit existing policies and procedures
Assist in the development of new policies and procedures
Advisor and strategic partner to the CFO
Administer the Costpoint ERP application
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or Finance
Five to eight years of experience in Billing for a government contractor using Cost Point Version 8
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be local to Leesburg, VA area
