About the role

  • Senior Brand Manager at UPBrand managing brand strategies and client relationships through effective marketing plans and creative execution. Collaborates with teams to ensure successful client deliverables in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Leads discovery interviews, brand strategy and brand planning process
  • Leads development of multi-channel marketing plans based on solid insights, with an emphasis on digital strategy
  • Analyze results of research and metrics
  • Produce insightful creative briefs for the agency team
  • Own and nurture strong relationships with clients
  • Offers clear, accurate, timely communication with all internal teams, clients and partners
  • Evaluate account/project profitability and identify solutions
  • Ensure all deliverables support client strategy and marketing communication objectives
  • Measure and analyze results of work
  • Set and manage workloads for direct reports
  • Creates opportunities to expand existing business

Requirements

  • 5+ years of agency or professional experience in brand strategy and/or account management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Journalism or Communications.
  • Media Planning & Buying Experience
  • Knowledge of Full-Funnel Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Proven Experience in Growing Accounts
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Website Project Experience, particularly WordPress
  • Video Production Experience
