Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer conflicts effectively, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Exceed customer expectations by seeking personalized and innovative solutions for each situation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing optimizations.
  • Provide customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), focusing on problem resolution and satisfaction.
  • Log and track all customer interactions in the system, ensuring information is organized and up to date.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of CRM and customer support systems.
  • Proficiency with communication tools (email, chat).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Courses or certifications in Customer Service or related areas (preferred).
