Responsibilities
Implements detailed plans and recommends policies/procedures regarding program specific requirements.
Develops and delivers training that supports quality client service.

Works proactively with management to assess and identify root cause of performance issues.
Consults with managers and supervisors to identify required and actual performance.
Develops and conducts training evaluations and related activities.
Develops and implements a learning plan for staff returning to work after an extended absence.
Delivers training in response to evaluation outcomes.
Provides on-site training and support for new technologies and business changes.
Undertakes research and analysis on issues related to workplace training.
Requirements
Post secondary education in Human Resources, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or Instructional Design or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Considerable experience in large complex organizations developing learning implementation strategies.
Experience coordinating and scheduling large-scale, enterprise-wide or cross-divisional training programs.
Demonstrated experience in sourcing, procurement and management of vendors is considered an asset.
Knowledge of bylaws, policies and standard operating procedures to design, develop, facilitate and evaluate training for service operations will be considered an asset.
Strong customer service, stakeholder and relationship management skills.
