About the role

  • Student Assistant supporting internal IT infrastructure and providing technical support at Ninox Software in Berlin. Engaging in various IT projects and managing user access and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • You will support our team in maintaining our internal IT infrastructure
  • You are the first point of contact for technical questions
  • You will provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for around 80 colleagues on macOS and Windows
  • You will manage users, groups and permissions in Azure Entra ID / Microsoft 365
  • You will handle onboarding/offboarding, imaging and device provisioning via Intune
  • You will keep our IT documentation and hardware inventory up to date (Jira, Confluence)
  • You will assist with hardware, network and cloud projects (e.g. VPN, PowerShell automation)

Requirements

  • Initial practical experience in IT support (e.g. through an internship, part-time job or university project)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure / M365 (e.g. user management in Azure AD)
  • Interest in scripting (Ninox, PowerShell, Bash) and DevOps topics
  • Team player with German and English at least at B1 level
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Microsoft certifications are a plus
