Responsibilities
Lead team of North America NinjaOne partner managers.
Analyze marketing trends and predictions.
Research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.
Define go-to-market strategy for channel.
Define scale out headcount for partner manager team.
Conduct on-site visits with partners led by our partner managers.
Participate Social events with partners led by our partner managers.
Requirements
5+ Previous experience leading a partner manager team for fast growing SAAS company.
Experience working executive relationships with SHI, CDW, Insight, AWS, PWC, or similar.
Strong understanding of the reseller channel and what it takes to enable partner growth.
Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the partner relationships.
Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders - from individual contributors to senior executives across internal and external teams.
Substantial background in relevant computer technology concepts.
Polished verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt to multiple audiences.
Solutions focused and collaborative, you are a problem solver and create winning outcomes for the company and our partners.
