About the role

  • Enterprise Architect at Nilfisk responsible for designing a scalable application environment. Collaborating with senior leaders on e-commerce and digital portfolio projects from headquarters in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

  • Align business priorities with appropriate technical solutions, balancing trade-offs between business requirements, costs, and industry best practices.
  • Co-drive the business roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders, fostering a strong partnership and shared vision.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of existing IT solutions and prevent duplication of capabilities across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination of roadmaps between different delivery teams and IT solutions to maintain consistency and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Drive vendor selection processes in pre-project stages for the projects in the Nilfisk IT & Digital portfolio and ensure alignment with our application landscape roadmap.
  • Evaluate current-state technological requirements and assess new and upcoming technologies regarding the organization’s requirements.
  • Integrate diverse technologies and platforms to create a cohesive IT environment that supports business goals.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with IT projects and solutions, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the IT landscape, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and enforce IT governance and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to regularly assess the health of the IT estate in relation to enterprise compliance, risk, security, sustainability and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with various teams and individuals within the organization to evaluate and address any gaps or vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure.
  • Provide recommendations to implement measures so that the IT estate remains compliant with relevant regulations and standards, while also being resilient and able to withstand potential risks and threats.

Requirements

  • Background in IT with extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect for a complex IT landscape, specifically containing SAP, Salesforce, e-commerce systems and Cloud infrastructure architecture.
  • Extensive experience with system integrations, security reviews, and data privacy.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • User-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving user pain points.
  • Your colleagues experience you as a team player who is passionate about what you do and can sell your ideas.
  • You are a natural presenter that can get your message across.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
