- Collaborate with mechanical engineering for design tradeoffs in node-level air and liquid cooling solutions
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and highly reliable
Requirements
- 12+ years in a thermal engineering role to include experience with server cooling systems or equivalent skill
- Expertise in internal fluid dynamics and heat transfer
- Experience with analytical, numerical and experimental techniques for thermal system development
- Skilled at analyzing options and selecting critical design elements for product development
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with and influence global teams
- BS, MS or PhD in mechanical engineering or related field.
