Responsibilities
You will be responsible for achieving short-, medium- and long-term sales targets in your territory (Northern Germany).
You are not just a salesperson, but a consultant and problem solver.
You understand your customers’ needs and build trusted, long-term partnerships.
You actively acquire large, medium and small customers and maintain existing business relationships.
You keep an eye on the market and are familiar with competitors.
You gather customer feedback and develop ideas for new sales channels and the further development of our product portfolio.
You negotiate special prices and terms and have direct access to all relevant departments.
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a university degree.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
You communicate confidently in German (fluent) and preferably also in English.
You are mobile, willing to travel and hold a driving licence class B.
