About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships in Northern Germany. Part of an innovative family-owned company specializing in sustainable packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for achieving short-, medium- and long-term sales targets in your territory (Northern Germany).
  • You are not just a salesperson, but a consultant and problem solver.
  • You understand your customers’ needs and build trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • You actively acquire large, medium and small customers and maintain existing business relationships.
  • You keep an eye on the market and are familiar with competitors.
  • You gather customer feedback and develop ideas for new sales channels and the further development of our product portfolio.
  • You negotiate special prices and terms and have direct access to all relevant departments.

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a university degree.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • You communicate confidently in German (fluent) and preferably also in English.
  • You are mobile, willing to travel and hold a driving licence class B.
