Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving sales targets in Northern Germany.
Advise customers and develop tailored solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Actively acquire large, mid-sized and small accounts.
Monitor the market and conduct competitive analyses.
Use the CRM system as a strategic tool.
Collect customer feedback and develop new sales channels.
Handle complaints in coordination with the Quality Management (QM) department.

Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
Ideally experience in the packaging industry (not a requirement).
Goal-oriented and persuasive.
Confident communication in German (fluent) and preferably also English.
Mobile, willing to travel and in possession of a Class B driver's license.
