About the role

  • Team Lead Sales at Trengo shaping market strategies and driving growth in a vibrant scale-up environment. Collaborating with teams to build a scalable, high-performing sales engine.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and SDR, driving consistent performance and pipeline growth.
  • Coach the team on deal strategy, discovery, and value-based selling to improve win rates and deal quality. Be a role model, able to apply product knowledge and winning tactics in a hands-on and agile way.
  • Own sales execution by setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and proactively removing blockers.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on positioning and customer needs.
  • Contribute to scaling the sales playbook by identifying patterns, improving processes, and driving best practices.

Requirements

  • Have experience leading or mentoring sales teams in a B2B tech environment, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and mid-market needs.
  • Are highly comfortable working with numbers daily, using data to drive quick decisions, forecast accurately, and steer performance.
  • Bring experience across both inbound and outbound motions, with the ability to validate and scale specific use cases in the market.
  • Demonstrate full ownership from planning to execution, turning strategy into tangible results.
  • Lead by example as a hands-on role model, setting the standard in execution, mindset, and accountability.
