About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager responsible for performance marketing and lead generation in HVAC. Overseeing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn while maximizing lead quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end performance marketing and B2B lead generation
  • Responsible for generating high-quality leads (MQLs), optimizing cost (CPL/CPA), and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Track KPIs: CPL, CTR, CPA, funnel metrics
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in performance marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience managing agencies/vendors
  • Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
