About the role

  • Process Manager driving the evolution of commercial processes in energy transition. Engaging with teams and management for impactful process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Driving force behind the development and optimization of commercial processes
  • Ensuring efficient, scalable and high-quality processes — nationally and internationally
  • Acting as the interface between operational teams and management
  • Designing structures and implementing change
  • Close collaboration with other teams to identify weaknesses and challenges

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in process management, project management, or a comparable field
  • Tech‑savvy with experience implementing new software solutions and working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and ARIS), including configuration
  • Strong communication skills for successful collaboration
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, even in complex projects
  • Business‑fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
