Responsibilities
Driving force behind the development and optimization of commercial processes
Ensuring efficient, scalable and high-quality processes — nationally and internationally
Acting as the interface between operational teams and management
Designing structures and implementing change

Requirements
Several years of professional experience in process management, project management, or a comparable field
Tech‑savvy with experience implementing new software solutions and working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and ARIS), including configuration
Strong communication skills for successful collaboration
Independent and responsible working style
Analytical and strategic thinking, even in complex projects
Business‑fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
