About the role
- Marketing Manager responsible for events, enhancing brand collaboration for a virtual power plant. Requires marketing expertise and experience in event management.
Responsibilities
- Planung und Realisierung von Messen, Veranstaltungen, Webinaren und anderen Kommunikationsformaten, einschließlich der Standgestaltung
- Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Marketingmaterialien (Präsentationen, Giveaways, Broschüren etc.), Vortragsanfragen, Keynotes und Podiumsdiskussionen sowie Call 4 Papers
- Nachbereitung von Events, inklusive Dokumentation, Erfolgsauswertung und Reporting
- Steuerung und Briefing von Dienstleister_innen und Planung und Kontrolle des Budgets in Absprache mit der Teamleitung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produkt- und Vertriebsteams
Requirements
- Dein Studium oder Deine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Event- oder Kommunikationsmanagement abgeschlossen, oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im ganzheitlichen Marketingmanagement und im professionellen Eventmanagement
- Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, reisefreudig, serviceorientiert, organisiert, kreativ
- Technisches Verständnis und sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools (MS Teams, Powerpoint etc.)
- Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
