About the role
- Nexa is hiring a Risk Management Intern in Lima to assist with risk assessment and management. The role involves supporting evaluations, maintaining databases, and training material creation.
Responsibilities
- Apoyar el proceso de reevaluación periódica de riesgos del negocio, siguiendo el modelo metodológico aprobado por la compañía.
- Brindar soporte a las áreas para la identificación de riesgos que impactan al negocio, evaluando su criticidad, y apoyar la definición de controles y planes de mitigación cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener actualizadas las bases de datos de riesgos, controles y planes de acción, asegurando la consistencia y calidad de la información.
- Dar soporte en el seguimiento al estado de los controles y planes de acción reportados por unidades operativas y áreas corporativas.
- Realizar visitas presenciales a las unidades operativas para reuniones de identificación de riesgos, verificación de controles y planes de acción.
- Contribuir a la elaboración de materiales de capacitación, documentos metodológicos y contenido para campañas de sensibilización en gestión de riesgos.
- Preparar reportes, presentaciones e insumos para reuniones de seguimiento con equipos de unidades operativas y áreas corporativas.
Requirements
- Egresado o Bachiller en las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Ambiental, de Sistemas, Informática, Administración y Auditoría.
- Conocimiento y/o experiencia en documentación o análisis de procesos (diagramas de flujo u otros), auditoría o verificación de controles.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate a nivel intermedio/avanzado.
