Requirements
Bachelor's degree in **Law**, with **active OAB registration**.
**Solid experience** in in-house legal departments and/or law firms, with strong practice in: consultative and union labor law and **management of medium- to high-volume labor and civil litigation**.
Experience in an **industrial environment**, preferably in **metallurgy, mining, or steel**, with involvement in **multi-site** operations.
Practical experience in **union relations**, including collective bargaining and direct interaction with unions.
