About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the drafting and review of contracts and documents required for M&A projects
- Coordinate due diligence processes
- Assist in managing conditions precedent and post-closing obligations
- Manage external law firms and liaise with internal stakeholders during M&A projects
- Draft and review documents required by law and regulations for publicly traded companies
- Draft and review financial contracts
- Provide legal advice on structuring and restructuring transactions in the financial and capital markets
Requirements
- Law degree
- Specialization in Corporate Law or related fields
- Fluent English (required)
- Experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating contracts related to M&A transactions, treasury and other high-complexity agreements
- Preferred: Intermediate Spanish
- Experience with the U.S. capital markets, including issuance of bonds and debentures
