About the role

Responsibilities
- Work in the Change Management process;
- Validate Change Requests according to the defined process, following documented criteria and ensuring the required quality;
- Monitor the queue of Change Requests, paying attention to deadlines defined and agreed with the client, and track backlog, pending items, etc.;
- Generate and analyze process performance indicators (CSLs and KPIs) and management information according to templates;
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in Process Management is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (Networks, Servers, Applications) is desirable;
- Analytical and curious profile. Willingness to learn new technologies;
- Ability to concentrate, work in a team, manage time and activities, communicate clearly and effectively, and be proactive;
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- ITIL4 Foundation certification is desirable;
- Intermediate English is desirable (reading, writing and speaking);
