About the role

  • Analyst in IT Change Management processes at Nexa Tecnologia. Responsible for managing change requests and performance indicators in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Change Management process;
  • Validate Change Requests according to the defined process, following documented criteria and ensuring the required quality;
  • Monitor the queue of Change Requests, paying attention to deadlines defined and agreed with the client, and track backlog, pending items, etc.;
  • Generate and analyze process performance indicators (CSLs and KPIs) and management information according to templates;

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge in Process Management is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (Networks, Servers, Applications) is desirable;
  • Analytical and curious profile. Willingness to learn new technologies;
  • Ability to concentrate, work in a team, manage time and activities, communicate clearly and effectively, and be proactive;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • ITIL4 Foundation certification is desirable;
  • Intermediate English is desirable (reading, writing and speaking);
