Responsibilities
You work on new developments and enhancements of safety-critical systems across various industries such as industrial, rail, automotive, and rugged applications.
You create system and software architectures and implement embedded software.
You contribute your expertise where it's most needed, e.g., in the development and realization of system and safety concepts, in modeling software architectures and designs, and in planning system integration and verification.
You drive forward exciting topics in small to large project teams (2–10 people), such as electronic control unit platforms, networking technologies, or industrial video processing systems, and develop safe systems together with your colleagues.
You are able to engage with customers at a technical level to collaboratively develop innovative products together with our clients.
Requirements
Ideally you hold a completed degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Technology, Information Technology, Mechatronics, Physics) or possess comparable qualifications.
Several years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or Architect programming in C/C++ provide the best foundation.
Experience with at least one safety standard (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, or MIL-STD 882E or similar) is required; further specialization will be provided on the job.
You have experience working in process-driven projects.
With a clear analytical mindset and a communicative, team-oriented working style, you contribute proactively and independently to our projects.
You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken, at C1 level.
