- Liderar tecnicamente a squad, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia;
- Evoluir e manter o módulo de canais não assistidos no Portal Gestão de Experiência;
- Implementar soluções técnicas que sustentem o programa de Modernização de Jornadas, explorando automação e inteligência nos produtos;

Requirements
- Experiência ou conhecimento em desenvolvimento na plataforma ServiceNow;
- Conhecimento sobre Data Mesh;
- Experiência com arquitetura cloud (preferencialmente AWS);
- Conhecimento em API Gateway e serviços relacionados;
- Práticas de segurança para APIs (OAuth2, OpenID, rate limiting, etc.);
- Lógica de programação sólida e capacidade de estruturar soluções escaláveis;
- Modelagem de dados;
- Bancos de dados relacionais (SQL) e NoSQL;
- Serviços de Data & Analytics na AWS (Glue, Athena, QuickSight).
