About the role
- Quality Assurance Leader ensuring site-level quality compliance at Newell Brands. Leading audits and managing quality systems in alignment with GMP and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all internal and external audits for the Hillegom site
- Drive audit follow-up actions and ensure timely closure of findings across departments
- Interpret certification standards and provide guidance on required updates and improvements
- Review, update, approve, and maintain quality procedures and policies in line with certification requirements
- Manage the periodic (2-year) review cycle of quality documentation
- Own and manage the Change Control process
- Maintain ownership of the Master Batch Record database
- Ensure GMP databases are up to date for all production lines
- Define, monitor, and report monthly Quality Assurance KPIs
- Provide quality updates and reporting to PLT and Management during monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an ISO and GMP environment
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and ISO quality systems
- Experience within a regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent Dutch required
- Good command of English
