Responsibilities
As a strategic and business-oriented leader, you define and lead the marketing strategy for the France & Benelux cluster across four key categories.
You set the marketing strategy for your categories and build a high-performing marketing mix.
You identify growth levers based on in-depth analyses of market trends and category dynamics.
You develop new channels in line with Group strategy.
You build and manage the P&L for your categories.
You design and oversee 360° activation plans across all channels.
You analyze performance and proactively recommend corrective actions.
You develop deep expertise in your categories and their competitive environment.
Requirements
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
Minimum 10–12 years' experience in FMCG marketing, including strategic and operational marketing.
Expertise in brand strategy, marketing research, product mix, and TV and digital communications.
Proven managerial experience required.
Commercial experience (field sales and/or category management) is a plus.
Strong business orientation and demonstrated ability to build a successful strategic vision.
Excellent analytical skills, strong leadership, and ability to rally and align teams.
Fluent English required.
