About the role

  • Team Leader in Netwealth managing Training & Relationship Managers and enhancing adviser experience. Leading a high performing team within Australia's innovative FinTech sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Training & Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional adviser service.
  • Set clear performance expectations and equip the team with tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Manage onboarding, ongoing coaching, and professional development of team members.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with advisers, licensees, and key dealer groups.
  • Act as a senior escalation and support point for complex adviser queries.
  • Promote Netwealth’s products, services, and value proposition with confidence.
  • Contribute to regional sales strategy, pipeline development, and overall business planning.
  • Work closely with the Sales Leadership Group to align team initiatives with company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product, service, and training enhancements.
  • Oversee accurate use of Netwealth systems (including Microsoft Dynamics) within the TRM team.
  • Support development of training programs that reflect adviser and industry needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and the Group Fraud Policy.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance service delivery and reduce risk.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in sales, account management, or adviser relationship roles, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian financial advice landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Extensive platform and market knowledge
  • RG146 compliance (required)
  • Willingness to travel interstate to support business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Netwealth products
