About the role

Responsibilities
- Enable advertisers on Netflix to quantify campaign outcomes.
- Leverage a blend of Netflix innovations and both first-party and third-party solutions.
- Deliver ads that respect the viewing experience while driving impactful results for advertisers.
- Empower advertisers to effectively measure and analyze campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate within a relatively new team aiming to build highly performant advertising systems.
Requirements
- Experience building conversion ingestion & attribution systems such as pixels and conversion APIs in a privacy-safe way while navigating signal loss from third-party cookie limitations.
- Experience with building out 1st party ads measurement solutions for advertisers to understand campaign outcomes.
- Familiarity with legal compliance and changing landscape of ads regulations around the world.
- Familiarity with clean rooms and industry-leading privacy-enhancing technology for multi-party data sharing.
- Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
- Developed many cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages (preferably object-oriented).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
