About the role
- Technical Leader for Electrical Schematic within the aerospace sector, coordinating technical activities and supporting teams across France and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Ensure technical coordination and act as the primary interface with the client
- Lead the technical management of Front and Back Office activities
- Provide technical support to teams in France and internationally
- Contribute to the production of deliverables by creating and updating WD, EPD and performing configuration analyses on drawings and information systems
- Verify and ensure the quality of deliverables (OTD / OQD) and capture lessons learned
- Monitor activities and provide reporting
Requirements
- University or engineering degree (Bac+2 with experience, Bac+3/Bachelor's, or Bac+5/Master's)
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in aerospace electrical schematics
- Prior experience in technical leadership or as a subject-matter reference
- Proficiency with schematic design tools: See Electrical, CIRCE-C CAD, Capital
- Proficiency with database management tools: CIRCE-C, ESDCR
- Fluent English
- Natural leadership, strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
