Responsibilities
Lead the Regional Adoption Network and digital adoption initiatives
Define and execute the adoption strategy
Coordinate adoption programs, campaigns, and enablement activities
Continuously improve adoption outcomes based on insights and feedback
Manage and align stakeholder expectations across sites and functions
Ensure financial accountability including managing the team’s budget and vendor contracts
Requirements
5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management
2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
Bachelor's or advanced degree, preferably with a specialization in Business or Information Technology
Demonstrated experience executing large-scale digital adoption and change management strategies for global IT transformations
Lean and agile mindset (VACC) with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complexity in an enterprise environment
Understanding of software development methodologies and digital learning platforms, including AI-assisted delivery tools
Strong communication skills and ability to lead geographically dispersed networks
