About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst driving profitable growth through financial insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Focused on managing P&L and supporting strategic initiatives in targeted nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Support product innovation and renovation projects by developing P&L scenarios
- Manage P&L budgets through collaboration with sales and marketing, including fund reviews, monthly forecasting accuracy, budget change approvals, and Pricing vs. RIG analysis
- Partner with Finance Operations and Supply Chain to optimize costs
- Ensure accurate monthly P&L forecasts by actively participating in business planning meetings and inputting forecasts into the FIT Tool
- Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams to optimize MC/product mix
- Support Period End Close (PEC) processes by ensuring P&L accuracy, performing variance analysis, creating financial reports, and assisting with presentations
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and reporting practices, implementing changes as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Finance Management and/or Accounting
- Background in consumer products or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of the principles of cost accounting and activity-based costing
