About the role
- Financial Analyst executing processes with autonomy at Loggi. Responsible for financial integrity, reports, and interdepartmental collaboration while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities
- Execute financial processes autonomously, ensuring compliance with established standards, policies and deadlines;
- Perform daily bank reconciliations;
- Validate and reconcile credits in coordination with the Billing team;
- Issue and distribute invoices, ensuring accuracy of information;
- Monitor accounts receivable and financial transactions;
- Manage collections and take actions according to the defined collections cadence;
- Maintain relationships with internal teams, especially the Commercial team, and collaborate with other departments;
- Serve customers by answering questions and handling complaints;
- Confirm payments/receipts with customers;
- Prepare, analyze and present financial and performance reports;
- Contribute to forecasting cash inflows for the company’s cash flow;
- Provide support for audits and monthly and quarterly closing processes;
- Pursue continuous improvements in departmental processes, contributing to the definition of best practices together with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related fields;
- Experience and/or knowledge in electronic invoicing procedures;
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, data analysis and handling large volumes of information;
- Familiarity with BI tools or Looker (plus);
- Experience in the logistics sector is a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines;
- Flexibility to operate in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
