About the role

  • National Account Executive supporting the execution of profitable customer plans at Nestlé Ireland in Dublin. Engaging with Ireland Customer Business Teams for quality administrative services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent communication to Customers, completing all required internal and external documentation
  • Ensure perfect execution of customer plans (Promotion Proposals)
  • Process and check customer cost cards for accuracy
  • Handle Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Payment Information to Customers
  • Manage MAP/Visicom for communication to the field sales team
  • Support timely communication with field sales
  • Manage trade spend actuals and support Sales Finance areas

Requirements

  • Some fantastic commercial or administration experience within the FMCG sector
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable using other Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to make good use of insightful information and be naturally analytical
  • Comfortable when working collaboratively and cross functionally
  • Have strong and flexible communication skills and styles
  • Organised and adept at planning and prioritising workloads
  • Show proactive attitude / is a self-starter
  • Naturally curious and able to take the initiative to solve problems
