About the role

  • Financial Analyst managing reporting activities and preparing financial reports for Nestlé. Collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in Reporting activities during the Period End Closing (PEC) process with close collaboration of Accounting Operations and Nestlé Business Services (NBS)
  • Prepare, control, and submit Magnitude reports (mainly PACT (Profitability Analysis & Control Tracking), PICA(Product Income & Cost Analysis), ECOM(E-commerce Performance Report), SCOM(Supply Chain Operations Management )) under FP&A responsibility, in line with Group reporting guidelines and internal reporting deadlines
  • Prepare P&L statements at business level, monitor and report working capital as part of PEC activities
  • Ensure proper master data maintenance in SAP for accurate P&L (Profil&Loss) reporting, collaborate with Global master data team when needed
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data set on Nestlé Finance Analytics tool
  • Consolidate and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on actuals for senior management meetings
  • Prepare P&L reports by product groups
  • Design, build, and maintain local/ad-hoc reports (e.g. non-SAP reports)
  • Collaborate with IT on the digitalization process and develop Power BI-based reports
  • Analyze and investigate key P&L lines per business and product level against the plan using historical and other comparative data, providing support to controllers in analyzing performance variances

Requirements

  • University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics
  • Min 2-3 years experience in Management Accounting, Financial Planning, Reporting or Audit
  • Fluency in English
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Digital solutions knowledge (e.g PowerBI) is a plus
  • Experience in working in a teamwork environment, good communication skills, be adaptive to change
