Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience as a BI Engineer / BI Developer / Analytics Engineer
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau (Desktop & Server / Cloud)
- Solid SQL skills and data querying expertise
- Experience with data warehousing and BI concepts
- Ability to design intuitive and business-friendly dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Life Insurance domain knowledge (highly preferred)
- Experience working with insurance data models, KPIs, and metrics
- Familiarity with financial / actuarial / policy data
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Exposure to other BI tools or analytics platforms
