About the role

  • Pega Smart Dispute Tester involved in testing and developing digital solutions for Ness Digital Engineering. Collaborating with teams to enhance software and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to develop roadmaps that identify ongoing opportunities to increase digital solution value
  • Partner with teams to integrate digital platforms and enterprise software
  • Participate in testing rules, flows, and UI components related to the Smart Dispute framework

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and Smart Dispute Framework
  • Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management
  • Experience testing rules, flows, activities, and UI components
  • Understanding of dispute processes (chargebacks, claims, fraud disputes preferred)
  • Familiarity with SQL for backend data validation
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)
  • Ability to write clear test cases and test reports
  • Domain Knowledge (Preferred) Banking or Financial Services Payments, Cards, or Transaction Dispute Management
