- Familiarity with SQL for backend data validation
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)
- Ability to write clear test cases and test reports
- Domain Knowledge (Preferred) Banking or Financial Services Payments, Cards, or Transaction Dispute Management
