Responsibilities
Support and drive compliance with Design and Technical Reviews to ensure that ongoing projects are properly risk‑managed
Support business leaders in deploying and training staff on related procedures and work instructions
Support the development of a strong Quality Culture in requirement management, customer complaint management, and non‑conformity management, ensuring alignment with global instructions
Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to complex problems
Perform and support internal quality audits & Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives based on Root Cause Analysis (RCA), including the 8D methodology
Support Lean roadmap and Kaizen Events
Ability to travel globally to support team. Around 15% across Berlin, Dresden, Salzbergen, and Stafford
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
A highly experienced professional with a solid background in Quality Engineering
Experience with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Experience with EPC business
Strong interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills
Desire to work on international environment and good understanding of a matrix organization
Strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement skills, with a solid Lean mindset and the ability to develop and manage complex tasks.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, effective at all levels of the organization.
Fluent English; German is an advantage.
