Responsibilities
- Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Support anspruchsvoller Softwareprojekte
- Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen in durchdachte, technisch saubere und skalierbare Lösungen
- Mitarbeit an modernen Cloud-Architekturen (AWS und/oder Azure)
- Analyse, Konzeption und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Software- und Systemarchitekturen
- Aktives Einbringen deiner Senior-Erfahrung , z. B. bei Architekturentscheidungen, Code-Qualität und Entwicklungsprozessen
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Standards
- Kontinuierlicher Wissensaufbau und -austausch (z. B. Creative Days, interne Formate)
- Mitarbeit an oder Bewertung von AI-gestützten Lösungen (z. B. Einsatz von KI-Services, LLMs, Automatisierungen oder intelligenten Assistenzsystemen) und Einbringen deiner Erfahrung in Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler , idealerweise im Fullstack-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Cloud-Entwicklung mit AWS und/oder Azure
- Motivation und Leidenschaft für Softwareentwicklung
- Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit stark ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
- Du findest pragmatische Lösungen für komplexe Anforderungen und denkst über den Tellerrand hinaus
- Clean Code, SOLID und saubere Architekturen sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Gute Kenntnisse moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse (z. B. agile Methoden)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
