- Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance issues in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Reviewing peers' code for quality, security, and standards to maintain a healthy codebase.
- Work cooperatively with project and account managers, designers, engineers, and other team members, as required.
- Contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong full-stack background
- Proven experience in a full stack engineering role
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET, Java or similar)
- Clear understanding of system architecture, APIs, and scalable application design
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with AI and agentic systems and technology is a strong plus
- Strong (English) communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
