Responsibilities
You are responsible for further developing the brand strategy and continuously work on the correct brand positioning and brand identity of our brands.
You plan and design communication initiatives and implement them across channels.
With your strong sense for trends, you develop innovative concepts together with the product team that revolutionize the market.
You are responsible for managing and executing marketing activities, including with the support of external agencies/freelancers.
You ensure consistent communication across all external and internal communication channels.
You work closely with Distribution and have a sense for attractive POS designs and activations.
Close collaboration and exchange with Marketing, Sales and Ecommerce.
Requirements
Education or degree in Marketing / PR / Communications
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position with a focus on beauty
Initial contacts with distributors or experience with brick-and-mortar retail is an advantage
You are creative and curious and love developing and implementing ideas
You think strategically – always keeping our mission and target audience in mind
You have inspiring creative ideas and approaches to share our products and mission
Your sense for design, copy & language is reliable; you are fluent in both German and English
You prefer to work independently and in an organized manner and want to help shape things
On-site presence in Berlin required (with flexible home office arrangement)
