Responsibilities
The Regulatory Compliance and Patient Safety Manager serves as Neko’s subject matter expert on UK healthcare regulatory requirements and how they apply to our clinics in the UK.
Ensure that all clinics maintain continuous compliance, supporting and directing local leadership teams to meet and exceed statutory expectations.
Coordinate regulatory preparedness, run internal compliance audits, and act as a bridge between clinical, operational, facilities, and people teams when corrective actions are needed.
Act as a key patient safety partner, ensuring effective oversight of incidents, robust risk management, and structured organisational learning.
Shape regulatory and patient safety excellence as we scale, building capability to comply with the requirements of other UK regulatory bodies as we expand into new regions.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes and/or patient safety processes and risk management.
Experience designing and delivering internal audits.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational actions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Highly organised, analytical, and confident managing multiple workstreams.
Strong experience in CQC compliance and/or patient safety and risk management.
