About the role

  • Talent Enablement Program Manager responsible for driving scalable hiring processes at Neko Health. Focuses on AI implementation and operational efficiency in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to adopt AI and automation across Talent Acquisition.
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end offer process, partnering with Legal, Rewards, and People Enablement.
  • Own the TA knowledge management program end-to-end.
  • Own and scale the referral program end-to-end, including strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Support the TA Enablement Lead on tools, analytics, and strategic projects.
  • Proactively surface blockers, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across TA operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations with clear ownership of projects or processes delivered end-to-end.
  • Strong AI Fluency, with active, hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • Proven track record owning and delivering cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong process design and improvement capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across People, Legal, Rewards, and Operations.
  • Clear bias for action, with a focus on delivering outcomes rather than activity.
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Preferred experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS, exposure to TA analytics and reporting, and experience creating documentation, playbooks, or knowledge hubs.
