About the role

• Senior Program Operations Analyst providing high-visibility support to Veteran Affairs Electronic Health Modernization effort. Tracking project statuses and developing executive-level materials for leadership in hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-visibility support to the client Front Office
• Track project status and coordinate updates across program teams
• Develop executive-level materials, such as summaries, issue reports, decisions, and briefing documents
• Manage sensitive and confidential actions in alignment with client policies and procedures
• Prepare, route, and track correspondence and taskers; ensure timely completion and follow-through
• Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
• Research and collect data to support senior-level decision-making
• Maintain organized documentation repositories that support transparency and auditability
• Ensure accountability and visibility for Front Office leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 + years of progressive project or program management experience
• 3 + years of progressive experience in preparing technical documentation, executive communications and project task management
• Proven organizational and coordination skills
• Experience preparing executive-level materials and correspondence
• Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
