Responsibilities
To produce marketing content in a digital media environment in support of corporate communication strategies and enhance online offerings
May be assigned to small projects or to phase(s) of larger project(s); assists with system-wide projects
Responsible for solving moderately complex technical problems and recommends appropriate actions
Troubleshoots day-to-day problems and recommends solutions
Perform moderately complex/varied tasks with limited latitude and moderate impact
Requirements
Exposure to designing and maintaining a corporate Website
Familiarity with marketing communication principles in designing Web Pages
Familiarity with PC and Internet/Web-based technologies such as HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and PHP
Ability to create interactive media that adheres to overall user-experience goals
Ability to act independently while exercising initiative and judgment and to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to train, guide, and mentor others
Ability to compile, organize and present information clearly and concisely
Ability to think conceptually and visualize strategic decisions
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and push designs to next level
Exposure to working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
Basic skill in creating interaction designs that have strong application to our members through visual design and interaction behavior using HTML, scripting languages and related software applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Effective research, analytical and problem solving skills
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, computer science/information systems, visual communications, interactive media involving design or development of computer programs/applications or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
