About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and judicial tax litigation, drafting all types of petitions and appeals, and tracking cases with the relevant authorities;
- Manage a caseload, ensuring litigation strategy, compliance with deadlines, and technical quality;
- Draft petitions, appeals, and pleadings, determining procedural steps;
- Attend hearings, sessions and procedural orders, maintaining communication with administrative and judicial bodies;
- Collaborate, when necessary, with the advisory/consulting team on joint matters and projects;
- Contribute to internal discussions, jurisprudential updates, and the development of legal arguments and positions.
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Minimum of 4 (four) years' experience in judicial and administrative tax litigation;
- Postgraduate diploma and/or Master's degree in Tax Law;
- Analytical, studious, proactive, and committed profile.
