About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze, draft and review contracts of various types and levels of complexity, as well as amendments and terminations, managing the full process from the initial request through to signature execution;
- Prepare a variety of legal documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable law;
- Draft extrajudicial notices and formal communications;
- Prepare responses to official letters and other requests from governmental bodies and institutions;
- Conduct technical negotiations with internal departments and suppliers’ legal teams, ensuring contractual alignment and risk mitigation;
- Prepare legal opinions and respond to internal legal inquiries;
- Record and update information in the legal management system;
- Collaborate with lawyers across the group located in different states;
- Support and monitor department projects, providing ongoing legal assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Law degree with active and regular registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Previous experience in analyzing, drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as providing legal advisory services;
- Technical profile appropriate for a junior level;
- Availability for occasional travel;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with legal management systems and digital signature platforms.
