- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BI developers, data analysts, and analytics engineers; manage performance and career growth

- Translate business objectives into an analytics delivery roadmap
- Ensure consistent delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions

- Oversee development of analytics using Tableau and enterprise platforms
- Ensure insights are executive-ready with clear narratives and recommendations
- Guide scalable solution design including data models and KPIs
- Provide technical oversight using SQL, Python, and PowerShell
- Partner with Data Engineering and ETL teams
- Ensure alignment with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco, and Workday
- Establish standards for data quality, documentation, and testing
- Act as a senior analytics partner to business leaders
- Clearly communicate analytics to non-technical audiences
- Influence across matrixed organizations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience highly desired
- 8+ years of experience solving business problems through analytics
- 5+ years of people leadership experience with accountability for results
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Working knowledge of Python and PowerShell
- Extensive experience with BI tools, including Tableau
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Cisco
- Strong understanding of BI architecture, ETL, and analytics engineering
- Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong executive-level communication skills.
