About the role

  • Sales Account Manager targeting potential clients, including brands and agencies, in GCC market. Responsible for building sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients, including brands, agencies, SMEs, and government entities across the GCC market.
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and follow-up process.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Meet clients to understand their needs and propose tailored creative or production solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or any related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in one or more industries like Production houses, Influencer marketing agencies, Media or advertising agencies, Creative studios
  • Strong network within the GCC market, especially KSA & Kuwait.
  • Proven ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to sell creative services confidently.
  • Strong client-relationship building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
