About the role
- Campaign Delivery Project Manager supporting integration efforts within Discover's marketing operations. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful communication delivery across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization and capacity management across the end to end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
- Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (ie: digital, direct mail, statements etc)
- Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
- Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
- At least 5 years of Process or Project Management experience
- Masters or MBA degree (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with project management tools (Workfront) (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients (preferred)
- 6+ years of Project or Process Management experience (preferred)
- Process or Project Management certification (ie Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management Certification (preferred)
