About the role
- Drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company
- Ensure seamless operational continuity, drive efficiency, and oversee critical infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular operational reviews with external vendors to maintain performance and service level agreements
- Execute monthly financial processes, including the reconciliation and processing of discounts and catering transactions
- Manage all phases of new site development
- Provide oversight for the standard equipment set definition and procurement for new builds
- Manage the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process for the F&B team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 5 years of experience developing strategic operational initiatives within the Food, Beverage, Hospitality or Retail industry
- At least 5 years of customer facing experience in hospitality or retail
- Ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels
- Expertise in identifying and shaping strategic hospitality initiatives, including seasonal and regional POVs
- Experience in Profit and Loss impact and accounting practices
- Experience in the food service industry, including a vast knowledge of establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
